  • Collate, analyse, and report data-informed insights with all stakeholders and the Management team on what is changing/developing regarding the creation of a way of working that supports the desired strategy. This will consider all that is learned from the workshops (enablers, disruptors).

  • Attend workstream meetings

  • Hold or attend meetings with key stakeholders.

  • Attend Management Team tactical meetings to provide insight and recommendations

  • Work with HR to ensure the required behaviours and know-how is embedded into Learning & Development initiatives.

  • Deliver mentoring or coaching where needed.
